Hello! I am Ismat Jahan, I am offering Healthy & Joyous Life Transformation Coaching for women. I am a certified Woman-Centered Coach. My coaching method is based on Woman-Centered Coaching Method developed by Dr. Claire Zammit. This method of coaching is developed specifically for helping women, guiding them to UNLOCK THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL and live life to the fullest.
Beside being a coach, I am an author, photographer and a filmmaker. I have diverse interests and I love doing different things. Howerver, above all these I am a foodie. I love to eat and love to cook my favourite dishes.
And I am also health conscious and enjoy healthy food. So, I love experimenting, and love to make healthy food tasty.
However, I am just like you, around ten years ago, I also struggled with weight. Then I found a way to lose weight without giving up tasty food and developed my GRADUAL & CONSISTENT™ Formula of weight loss.

My Story
Let me share my story. Beside being a coach, I am an author, photographer and a filmmaker. I have diverse interests and I tried many different things. Howerver, above all these I am a foodie. I love to eat and love to cook my favourite food items.
And I am also health conscious and enjoy healthy food. So, I love experimenting, and love to make healthy food tasty.
However, I am just like you, I also struggled with weight. Around thirteen years ago, I used to work in a non-profit organization. Because it was a hassle to bring lunch every day and it was both expensive and unhealthy to have outside food every day, so we all used to have lunch together. We hired a cook for it at the office.
After a while it became a tradition of having a special lunch of rich food on every Thursday. As a result, I started to gain weight. After a few years, my projects were finished, and I left that office. Then I decided to do something about my weight.
I went to a gym, and they took a test. The result, among other things, mentioned that I had around 25% fat in my body! Though the range of body fat common among women with good health and body shape is 21%-24%, I Did Not Like It At All. I thought it cannot be healthy, I had a thick belt of fat around my waistline. So, I decided to do something about it.
I joined a programme of weight loss. I was ten kg overweight. Under that programme, I lost around six kg in three months. I was not very regular. They had given me a diet plan and some light regular exercises along with various massages and 1 hour workouts in the gym.
After finishing the programme, I was not able to continue to go to the gym, as I had no work at that time, so could not afford it anymore. Besides, I don’t like exercising for a long time. I started thinking how I would continue to lose more weight and become fit and stay fit. I continued to follow their diet plan and regular light exercises. However, their diet was just about reducing the amount of food intake and avoiding some specific food items, like oily food, animal protein, fast food, etc.
To ensure sticking to a healthy diet I made my own diet plan.
I reached my goal of losing rest 4 kg weight within two months, and I am able to maintain it for the last nine years. That’s why I decided to share my GRADUAL & CONSISTENT™ Formula of weight loss with you all.
