Hello!  I am Ismat Jahan, I am offering Healthy & Joyous Life Transformation Coaching for women. I am a certified Woman-Centered Coach. My coaching method is based on the Woman-Centered Coaching Method developed by Dr. Claire Zammit.  This method of coaching is developed specifically for helping women, guiding them to UNLOCK THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL and live life to the fullest.

Beside being a coach, I am an author, photographer and filmmaker. I have diverse interests and I love doing different things.  In addition to all these I am a foodie. I love to eat and love to cook my favourite dishes.  And I am also health conscious and enjoy healthy food.  So, I love experimenting, and love to make healthy food tasty.
